Return Process

  Log into your Amicis account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture or decor, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
